At the end of each month your portal shows a statement of the pages made that month at the trade price in your partner terms, and that statement is our invoice to you. Nothing is due up front, there is no subscription, no set-up fee and no minimum, and you never buy pages in advance. You pay us after the family has paid you.
The £10 discount is for celebrants only, and it is not yours to offer. A celebrant's code takes £10 off, so that family pays us £215 directly. A funeral director's code does not change the price: the family pays your firm the full £225, and nothing is added for your help either. We would rather say that plainly here than have an arranger promise a discount that does not exist.
Branches are optional. A firm with one office never sees any of this: the same link, the same code, nothing new to learn.
You can work from a single firm link, which sees every page the firm has arranged, with a branch column to sort by and a filter. Or each branch gets its own link and its own code, and a branch link shows that branch's families and nobody else's.
Most firms want both: the firm link for whoever oversees, a branch link for each office. A branch cannot see another branch's families, and that is not a setting, it is how the link works.
From a branch link, the page is attributed to that branch without anyone choosing. From the firm link you are asked which branch it is for, and there is no way past that question, so attribution is never quietly lost.
A family entering your firm's code at the start gets the firm on their page. A family entering a branch code gets the branch. Either way the page carries a quiet "arranged by" line with your name, and your logo and a link to your website if you give us them. The printed order of service carries your name on the same line, without the logo.
One statement and one invoice for the firm each month, with each branch's pages and subtotal listed inside it. A branch manager sees their own; you see the whole; the subtotals add to the total.
What your portal deliberately cannot do: read a family's guest list, or change their page. You see how far along a page is and what is waiting, and nothing more. Families ask about this, and the honest answer is the reassuring one.
The family's contract is with us. When you take their order you do it as our agent, at our published price. If anything goes wrong with a page it is ours to put right, not yours to carry, and a family's page is never taken down because of a statement between us and you.
