What to say to a family

"There is a memorial page we can arrange for you, with the order of service designed and included, ready to print. It is £225, it goes on your bill with everything else, and you build it yourselves from your own photographs, at your own pace. It carries all the details of the day, so you only have to tell people once."

What the family gets, for £225

A page at its own address, built by them, live when they choose
The order of service designed to match, print-ready, included and optional
Every detail of the day: maps, directions, satnav postcodes
A private list of who is coming, and what people need on the day
A message wall and guests' photographs, both approved by them
A complete copy to download, and the first year of everything working

What it costs, plainly

£225 including VAT, the same as coming to us directly. Nothing is added for arranging it through you.

After the first year: £15 a year, which the family arranges with us, not with you.

Optional: the recording on the page, £95, then £15 a year.

To you: nothing up front, ever. You pay the trade price only for pages made, after the family has paid you.

Starting a page, in four steps

Open your portal from your branch's link, or the firm's. A branch link shows that branch's families; the firm's shows them all. Mislaid it? Ask us; the old one then stops working.
Start a page with the name of the person who has died and the family's email address. From the firm's link you also pick the branch. The family's link is emailed at once and the page shows in your list straight away.
The family gets their own private link. From then the page is theirs: they build it, they change it, and they can end anyone's access, including yours.
Add it to the arrangement form like any other line. Your month-end statement lists the pages made, and is our invoice to you.

The two things families ask you

"Can you see it?" You cannot read their guest list or change their page: only how far along it is and what is waiting. Say so plainly; it is what worries them.
"Is there a discount?" A celebrant's code takes £10 off and that family pays us. Yours does not change the price, and the family pays you. Nothing is added for your help either.
