Every price includes VAT and nothing is owed until you decide to go ahead. A page is £225 direct or through your funeral director, and £215 if a celebrant gave you a code. A celebrant is the person who writes and leads the service where there is no vicar or minister, and some of them hand families a code. If you have not been given one, you have not missed anything: £225 is the ordinary price and nobody pays more for coming to us directly.

The page stays up at its own address for £15 a year, everything on it included, the message wall too. A kept recording is a further £15 a year, so £30 a year for both. We write to you before each is due, and it is arranged with us by email when the time comes.
If you decide to stop, or a yearly fee goes unpaid, we tell you plainly, allow at least sixty days, and you can download a complete copy of the page at any time before it comes down. No page comes down without that notice. You can end the page whenever you like and keep your complete copy; nothing is owed for years not taken.
The yearly fees can change no more than once a year, by no more than inflation (CPI) or 5 per cent, whichever is higher, with 30 days' notice by email. If you would rather not pay the new fee, you can end the page and keep your copy, at no charge.
If you would rather not think about it again for a while, you can pay for one, three or five further years at today's price. Those years are then fixed at that price, whatever happens to it afterwards, and the page shows the date it is paid up to. Six years ahead is the furthest we take.

You can cancel within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason. Tell us in a clear statement, by email to hello@eternallyloved.co.uk. There is a cancellation form you can use if you would rather; ask us and we will send it. We refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, by the same means you paid, and you pay no fee for the refund.
There is one more rule the law asks us to set out, and it is usually written in a way that alarms people, so here it is plainly. We are not charging you for our time. You build the page yourself, and there is no work of ours to bill you for. The only thing you can be charged for is the part you have already had: the page being live at its own address, which starts when you choose to make it live. If you cancel in the 14 days after that, we keep a fair share for the days it was actually up and the rest comes back to you.
Nothing here affects your legal rights if the page is not as described, or is not built with reasonable care and skill.
Through a funeral director the page goes on the arrangement form and you pay the firm, on one bill, at the same £225; the director starts the page and hands you your own link. Through a celebrant you enter their code when you start, which takes £10 off, so £215, and you pay us directly. Either way the page is yours to build and change, and nothing is added for a director's or a celebrant's help.
There is nothing to pay up front, no subscription and no minimum; a director pays us only for pages made, after the family has paid the firm. You earn on every page you introduce, settled monthly against a statement in your portal. Ask us for the partner terms.
