A memorial web page at its own address, built by the family from their own photographs and words in a look they choose from eighteen palettes and forty-three motifs, live as soon as it is paid for. The page carries the details of the day with maps and directions, a private list of who is coming, a message wall the family moderates, and, if the family wishes, the recording of the service kept on the page (£95, then £15 a year after the first year). The matching A5 order of service comes with it as print-ready files for the printer you already use. After the first year the page stays up for £15 a year, which the family arranges with us.
The page goes on your arrangement form like any other line, at our price of £225 including VAT with the order of service included. The family pays you, on one bill. At the end of each month your portal shows a statement of the pages made that month at the trade price, and that statement is our invoice to you, so you earn on every page. The trade price and the terms are in the partner terms, sent on request.
You start the page and hand it to the family, who build and change it themselves on the page. The family's own access is theirs throughout; nothing in your portal changes their page.
Mention us to the family and give them your code. They deal with us directly and pay us £215 including VAT, £10 off for coming through you. For every page that goes ahead on your introduction we pay you a referral fee, monthly against a statement. The fee is in the partner terms, sent on request.
Nothing else to do. The family manages their own page.
The full partner terms are one short document; ask and we will send them. There is also a page of the questions firms ask, and a one-page guide for your arrangers you can print.
Branches are optional, and a firm with one office never sees them: the same link, the same code, nothing new to learn.
If you have branches, each gets its own link and its own code. A branch link shows that branch's families and nobody else's, and a page started from it is attributed to that branch. The firm's link shows every branch, with a column to sort by and a filter, and starting a page from the firm's link asks which branch it is for, so attribution is never lost.
A family who types your firm's code at the start gets the firm on their page; a family who types a branch code gets the branch. Either way the page reads "Arranged by" with your name on it.
Billing does not change: one statement and one invoice for the firm each month, with each branch's pages and subtotal listed inside it, so a branch manager can see their own and you can see the whole.
You do not need an account or a portal. Give the family your code when you mention us, and that is the whole of your part.
