Give the family your code, and nothing else

You mention us, the family goes to us directly, and your code takes £10 off what they pay. We pay you a referral fee on every page that goes ahead. There is no portal, no account and nothing to set up.

The whole of it, in three steps

  1. Mention us to the family and give them your code. That can be in the conversation you are already having about the service; it does not need its own moment.
  2. They enter it when they start their page. It takes £10 off, so they pay us £215 including VAT rather than £225, and they pay us directly rather than through anyone.
  3. We pay you a referral fee on every page that goes ahead on your introduction, monthly against a statement. The fee is in the partner terms, which are one short document we send on request.

You never touch the page. It belongs to the family from the first moment: they build it, they change it, they decide who sees it. You do not need access and we do not give you any, which is the answer a family wants to hear when they ask.

What the family gets for £215

Everything, at £10 less than the ordinary price. A memorial page at its own address, built by them from their own photographs and words, with the order of service designed and included at no extra cost, ready to print. The details of the day with maps and directions, a private list of who is coming, a message wall they approve, and the first year of everything working.

After the first year the page stays up for £15 a year, which they arrange with us, not with you. If they want the recording of the service on the page it is £95 and then £15 a year. The full list is on the prices page, and it is the same page a family reads, because the price is the price.

Why it costs you nothing

There is nothing to pay, no subscription and no minimum. You are not reselling anything and you are not carrying anything: the family's contract is with us, the money passes between them and us, and if anything goes wrong with a page it is ours to put right.

You are not a funeral director and we do not treat you as one. A director's arrangement is different: the page goes on the firm's bill at the full £225, and the £10 comes off for celebrant codes only.

Getting a code

Write to partners@eternallyloved.co.uk with your name and where you work, and we reply the same working day with your code and the partner terms. That is the whole of the setting up.
