Eternally Loved, for funeral directors

One page, for deciding whether to offer it.
eternallyloved.co.uk

A memorial page for the family, at its own address, with the order of service designed and included, ready to print. The family builds it themselves from their own photographs and words, at their own pace, and it carries every detail of the day so they only have to tell people once.

What your firm does

  • Offer it on the arrangement form, like any other line.
  • Start the page from your portal: a name and the family's email address. Their private link is emailed at once.
  • Nothing after that. The family build it, change it and share it themselves.
  • Your name sits quietly on the page and on the order of service.

What you do not do

  • No design work, no proofs, no typing up their words.
  • No software to install and nothing for your arrangers to learn beyond one form.
  • You cannot read a family's guest list or change their page, and they can see that and end your access. Families ask; the answer reassures them.
  • You take the order as our agent, at our published price, so the family's contract for the page is with us. If something goes wrong with a page it is ours to put right.

The money, plainly

The family pays £225 including VAT, on your bill with everything else, the same price as coming to us directly. Nothing is added for arranging it through you.

You pay nothing up front. No subscription, no set-up fee, no minimum, and you never buy pages in advance.

You pay us the trade price only for pages actually made, after the family has paid you. At each month end your portal shows a statement of that month's pages, and that statement is our invoice: nothing separate to chase, nothing to reconcile.

After the first year the family may keep the page up for £15 a year, which they arrange with us and not with you.

If you have branches

Optional, and a single-office firm sees none of it. Otherwise: one link for the firm that sees every branch, or a link and code for each branch that sees only its own. One statement for the firm, with each branch subtotalled inside it.

Worth seeing first

  • A complete example page: example-person.eternallyloved.co.uk
  • The full detail: eternallyloved.co.uk/partner/directors
  • Questions firms ask: eternallyloved.co.uk/partner/faq
  • A separate sheet to print for your arrangers: eternallyloved.co.uk/partner/onboarding

partners@eternallyloved.co.uk, answered the same working day. Tell us the name of your firm and how many branches; we set up your links, send the partner terms, which are one short document, and there is nothing to pay while you decide.
